However, this year we are going all out, and hopefully, we will win the tournament. The lessons we picked up last year have been helpful in preparing for this year's contest. We are confident of winning it," said Kemboi.Clinching the Governor wa Raia Tournament is not the only target on Kayoi FC's agenda.The side, which trains at Kayoi Primary School grounds, is also preparing for the Keiyo Sub-Branch League, which is set to kick off in September.After finishing fifth last season, Kibiwott is confident his side has what it takes to challenge for the league title and secure promotion."We are also gearing up for the Sub-Branch competition which is just weeks away. The team is determined to punch above its weight and secure a ticket to the next level, " remarked Kibiwott.Kayoi FC's preparations received a timely boost after gaming firm Mozzart Bet visited the club and donated 23 full playing kits and two footballs.Through the firm's initiative dubbed 'New Jerseys for New Champions', all players received full kits, a gesture that Kemboi says will help them deliver in the two assignments."We are sincerely grateful to Mozzart Bet for this generous support.
