Former AC Milan midfielder Adel Taarabt has opened up about some of the more explosive moments from his career, including a remarkable incident involving Brazilian icon Kaká during a training session.Speaking at length to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Moroccan reflected on his spell at Milan, his relationships with teammates and several stories that had never previously come to light. One of them involved a confrontation with Kaka during a training exercise. "It was a training exercise, attack versus defense. I didn't pass the ball to Ricky, and he screamed at me for minutes. He just wouldn't stop," Taarabt recalled.The situation eventually escalated, with Taarabt admitting that he briefly let his emotions get the better of him. "At some point I grabbed him by the neck. I briefly lost my temper. The Moroccan also remembers regularly becoming frustrated with full-back Ignazio Abate, whose constant instructions got under his skin. "He was constantly getting on my nerves: 'Go here, go there, attack, defend…' Eventually, I lost my temper and told him: 'Shut up!'"Taarabt also addressed the reputation he developed during his career as a player who could be difficult to manage. He acknowledged that he was never short of confidence when he stepped onto the pitch and loved showcasing his technical ability. "I showed off my sombreros, elasticos, and stepovers. I drove the Mexicans crazy," he said.
