The reason for sacking Xabi Alonso was that he lost control of the dressing room and placed too much discipline (and tactics) on the current Real Madrid stars. Alvaro Arbeloa complied with the president and the players, but couldn’t win a single trophy and had to go. Now, Mourinho came in with a request to ‘tighten’ the dressing room and off course, win some trophies. According to the Spanish media, he failed to do so, at least for now. In fact, the dressing room is as ‘loose’ as ever.##LINKED_NEWS_69618##In May this year, there was the infamous fight between Federico Valverde and Aurelien Tchouameni after which both players were fined. According to the reliable ‘Cadena SER’ and it’s journalist, the situation under Mourinho is pretty much the same as before."The only problem is that I still see this dressing room as cold as it was five months ago. Since his arrival, Mourinho has been unable to change the dynamic of a group of players who didn't get along well with Xabi Alonso or Arbeloa and in which two players, as far as we know, came to blows," Anton Meana explained on 'El Larguero'.##LINKED_NEWS_69511##Until the next international break, Real faces a tough schedule which includes a trip to Rome on Wednesday for the Champions League, home games against Sevilla and Leipzig, and then El Clasico in Barcelona on October 25, which could define their La Liga season (already). And apart from all these problems, Jose Mourinho had to deal with his best player – Kylian Mbappe. After an injury scare, the French captain came back to Real and it appears that his injury is not serious at all. In fact, he is ready and could even start against Villarreal on Saturday. But that’s not the problem, it’s his attitude which irritates people in Madrid. For this, L’Equipe has some insider information.##LINKED_NEWS_69305##According to the French outlet, his outing to a nightclub in Paris and his subsequent bike ride through Switzerland were perceived by a large part of the Real Madrid fanbase and the Spanish media as a lack of professionalism, given that he should have been resting after the knee injury he suffered while playing for the French national team.“After more than two years, it seems that Mbappe still hasn't understood how Real Madrid and its environment work, nor what behaviour he should adopt… He is very poorly advised and, in terms of image, that hurts everyone: both Kylian and Real Madrid," writes 'L'Equipe'.18:30 (3.05) Namungo FC (2.95) TRA United (2.40)
