Versatile gem of Bissau-Guinean origins lands at Stamford Bridge for the new Blues’ era
Chelsea have officially completed the signing of highly-rated Portuguese youngster of Guinea-Bissau origins Geovany Quenda from Sporting in a deal worth ยฃ40 million, with the versatile attacker putting pen to paper on an eight-year contract at Stamford Bridge.Although the transfer was only confirmed now, Quenda had already agreed to join the Blues back in March 2025 during Enzo Maresca’s reign.
