Endrick and Real Madrid simply do not seem like a good match. For either party.Since joining the Spanish giants from Palmeiras for €47.5 million two years ago, the Brazilian has struggled to find his feet at the Santiago Bernabeu. Last season, he hinted at a revival during his loan spell at Olympique Lyon, but his return to Madrid saw him slip back into obscurity.##LINKED_NEWS_69562##Hence, it's no surprise that there has been plenty of speculation about another potential loan move, with Los Blancos' tonight's Champions League rivals, Roma, among the reportedly interested clubs. However, if you ask Jose Mourinho – Endrick is going nowhere."No, no, forget it. If any interested clubs are waiting for him, they better sit down, because they will get exhausted waiting standing up.""Endrick is a player I absolutely adore, a player I believe has huge potential and who is very important to us."##TWITTER_

🚨 José Mourinho: “The clubs interested in Endrick will have to FIGHT WITH ME to sign him”. “I ADORE Endrick, he has top potential and is very important for us”, told @TNTSportsBR. 🇧🇷 https://t.co/YtYxfcBudM
— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) October 13, 2026
##"Anyone interested in him will have to fight me hard, because I believe he does not need to go out on loan and that he'll have massive success here," the Portuguese told TNT Sports Brazil, as quoted by Yahoo Sports. And all the things he told the media would have been completely reasonable if he hadn't been the one to leave the Brazilian out in the cold in the first place! The striker, who was Lyon's main attacking force last season with eight goals and as many assists in 21 appearances, has played just four minutes this term, coming on against Elche in La Liga!##LINKED_NEWS_69618##Truth be told, Endrick missed the opening three weeks of the new campaign due to a muscle injury, but is that really a valid reason to relegate him to the fringes, especially when he faces fierce competition up front from the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior? And, to top it all off, Mourinho appears to have no intention to let the 20-year-old leave. Does that make sense to you?UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE – MATCHDAY 2TuesdayLens – Sporting Lisbon 0-2 (0-1)/Suarez 22, Doumbia 74/Sabah Baku – Slavia Prague 2-0 (0-0)/Parris 49, Mickels 88/Arsenal – Lille 3-0 (0-0)/Timber 64, Eze 67, Saka 71/Atl.
