It was a free kick in the 50th minute when Costa saved Odegaard’s shot, but the rebound was picked up by Berg who assisted to Haaland for the equalizer. The joy lasted only three minutes. A terrible pass from Norway’s keeper Nyland ended up directly in Ramos’ feet and the Milan striker lobbed the goalie for a surprise lead. Ramos had the presence of mind in this sudden situation but just four minutes later he somehow managed to miss an open goal from close range, after another panic reaction in Norway defense. Nyland’s blunder in the 56th minute was punished by Ramos again, but luckily for the home team, VAR signalled an offside, and the result remained 2-1. The keeper’s mistakes totally shifted the energy of the game and the visitors were again dominating. Schjelderup finally had a chance in the 78th minute, but his shot was not precise and Costa made a save.
