FIFA U17 WC: No Spain camp for Junior Starlets as team is forced to leave for Morocco early

Kenya women’s U17s side, Junior Starlets, have been met with a big blow ahead of this month’s FIFA U17 Women's World Cup in Morocco, following the cancellation of their planned pre-tournament training camp in Spain.Download our Mozzart Sport app for more newsFootball Kenya Federation (FKF), in an update on Wednesday, 7 October, noted that the team’s earlier travel plan to Spain had been met with delays in visa processing, forcing the cancellation.As a result, the squad is set to travel early to Morocco, with travel scheduled for early Thursday morning.##NAJAVA_MECA_10009342##“The team is departing to Morocco very early in the morning tomorrow [Thursday],” Junior Starlets head coach Mildred Cheche said on Wednesday, 7 October. “We are fully prepared to go early and acclimatise, because we were unable to go to Spain.
