Borussia Dortmund have been known as a dominant side for years. However, they often struggled to score, while defensive errors have too frequently been ruthlessly punished.Still, as long as Serhou Guirassy is in their squad, the BVB have little to worry about in front of goal, as the Guinean shows no mercy for the rivals.Last season, he scored 22 goals in all competitions, and even though he was – and still is – rumored to be close to leaving Signal Iduna Park, he keeps doing his job professionally.🚨 DORTMUND START WITH A VICTORY ⚫️🟡Borussia Dortmund opened their Bundesliga season with a 2–0 home win over Hamburger SV.Serhou Guirassy struck in the ninth minute before Sebastiaan Bornauw’s own goal doubled the advantage in first-half stoppage time. It took him only nine minutes to break the deadlock, pave the way for Dortmund's triumphant league kick-off, and open his account in the new Bundesliga campaign. In the first minutes of the stoppage time, seconds before the break, the ball deflected off Sebastian Bornauw after Giannis Konstantelias' shot, and ended up in the net, doubling the BVB's lead and effectively sealing HSV's fate. After the break, Niko Kovac's men skilfully maintained their lead, and even a red card for Samuele Inacio in the 77th minute – just three minutes after coming off the bench – did not derail their plans or jeopardize their victory.A flying start for both Dortmund and Guirassy.
