Alphadjo Cisse is making a habit of surprising people at AC Milan. Fabio Capello, however, is already warning the teenage sensation not to get carried away – and has some advice to help him become an even better player.Few Milan players have earned a passing grade in the opening weeks of the season quite like Cisse. The youngster went from relative anonymity to becoming the Rossoneri's leading scorer after his sensational hat-trick in Thursday's 4-0 Europa League win over RB Salzburg.##LINKED_NEWS_69925##Despite not being a regular starter, Cisse has made the most of his opportunities. He has played just 360 minutes this season, yet has scored five goals, becoming the youngest Italian to score a hat-trick in a major European club competition at 19 years and 358 days. Milan signed Cisse from Verona last winter for €8 million, leaving him at his former club on loan until the end of the season. Several clubs were reportedly interested in taking him on loan over the summer, but head coach Ruben Amorim decided to keep him in the first-team squad – a decision that is already paying dividends.##TWITTER_

🚨🎙️😭 Fabio Capello with some very direct advice for Cisse after his HAT-TRICK: “DON’T pick up this habit. When you had the ball you played it BACKWARDS when you could have played FORWARD.” “DON’T pick up that habit. In your first games for Milan, you played forward go back to doing that.” https://t.co/qoIXYTn4Lc
— Milan Wire (@MilanWireX) October 15, 2026
##The teenager of Guinean origin has seized his chance, even catching his own teammates off guard."I have to be honest, he surprised me too. He is a really good lad, he works very hard every day and I'm really happy for him," Strahinja Pavlovic said after the match in Salzburg. While Italian football is already getting excited about Milan's potential new star, legendary coach Capello has urged caution – and offered Cisse some valuable advice during a live television discussion after the game.19.00: (1.82) Milan (3.60) Atalanta (4.40)"It's not easy to score three goals in a European match. I watched you during the game and sometimes, when you had the ball at your feet, you played it backwards even though you could have passed it forwards."Don't fall into that bad habit, because in your first few games for Milan you were playing forwards. Go back to that. Don't make me angry, because I believe in you," Capello told the youngster.Cisse took the advice with a smile, replying: "All right, I'll remember your words."The youngster came through Verona's academy, where he spent much of his time playing as a central midfielder. His physical attributes eventually persuaded coaches to move him further forward, and he can now operate as a winger, a number 10 or even a centre-forward.SERIE A – MATCHDAY 7Friday21.45: (2.30) Frosinone (3.60) Sassuolo (2.95)Saturday16.00: (5.50) Venezia (3.70) Napoli (1.67)19.00: (5.70) Bologna (4.00) Inter (1.60)21.45: (1.45) Roma (4.40) Genoa (7.25)Sunday13.30: (1.87) Udinese (3.50) Lecce (4.20)16.00: (3.40) Fiorentina (3.50) Como (2.10)19.00: (1.82) Milan (3.60) Atalanta (4.40)21.45: (1.75) Juventus (3.60) Lazio (4.90)Monday19.30: (2.45) Monza (3.30) Cagliari (2.95)21.45: (3.00) Parma (3.15) Torino (2.50)***odds are subject to change***
